Placing an Order

You may fill out your company’s Purchase Order Form or use the HumanZyme Product Order Form when sending in an order by fax or email. When ordering by phone, one of our Customer Service Representatives will assist you. Please include any special ordering information, questions, or special shipping needs when placing your order.

All orders must include the following:
•Name and full contact details including telephone, fax, and email address of purchaser
•Name and telephone number or other contact information for the end user
•Name of your institution
•Billing Address and Shipping Address
•Purchase Order Number (when ordering by PO)
•Reference number and complete credit card information when purchasing by credit card
•Catalog Number, quantity and description of each product ordered
•Authorizing Signature

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received and the expected date your order will be shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will be notified by email by Federal Express (our default shipping method) or HumanZyme, Inc. with the necessary tracking information. Finally, your credit card will be charged or you will be invoiced via mail or email (your preference) against your purchase order.

Credit Card Orders

HumanZyme, Inc. accepts VISA and MasterCard for purchases. Credit cards are authorized prior to shipment and are billed upon shipment of your order. If you would prefer to give credit card information for a purchase over the phone, please indicate such on your faxed or emailed Purchase Order and one of our representatives will get back to you to obtain billing information.

Payment Terms

Credit terms are net thirty days. Shipping terms are FOB shipping point, prepaid, and added to the invoice.

Delivery Times

We can ship anywhere in the world generally within three to five business days. If outside the United States, please consult our Distributor List for information on distributors in your country. You will be contacted if any delays are anticipated. Please make arrangements at the time of your order if you require urgent delivery.

Shipping Information

HumanZyme, Inc. provides our customers with efficient order processing and quick Standard Overnight shipping via Federal Express. For U.S. customers, all orders received by 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Thursday, are routinely shipped the same day and delivered the following business day. Most of our products are lyophilized and ship at room temperature.

Orders received after 12:00 PM Central Time and Friday are shipped the next business day. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. These charges include overnight priority air charges, refrigeration agents and packing materials.

Customers outside of the U.S. should contact their local distributor for shipping information. HumanZyme, Inc. is not responsible for any local customs fees or import duties which may apply.

Backorders

HumanZyme, Inc. makes every effort to keep our full selection of products available for purchase. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you at the time you place your order. Orders containing out of stock products will be shipped partial unless otherwise noted. If your requested item is on backorder for greater than thirty days, we will contact you upon product release to verify shipment. Backordered products are only billed upon shipment.
