HGH (Human Growth Hormone)
- Animal-derived product free
- Available in Bulk
- High Activity
Xeno-free human Growth Hormone (HGH)HuXp is expressed in human 293 cells with an apparent molecular mass of 22 kDa. It is also known as somatotropin and is a pleiotropic cytokine of the hematopoietic growth factor superfamily. The purity is greater than 95%. It is known primarily for its role in stimulating the development and differentiation of muscle, bone, and cartilage. This cytokine is produced in a serum- free, chemically defined media.

The protein was resolved by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and the gel was stained with Coomassie blue.
The activity was determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of rat lymphoma line Nb2-11 cells (prolactin indicator cell line).
Briefly centrifuge the vial before opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the protein in sterile 1xPBS containing 0.1% endotoxin-free recombinant human serum albumin (HSA).
