All orders must include the following:
- Name & full contact details including telephone, fax, and email address
- Name and Telephone Number of Principal Investigator
- Name of your Institution
- Billing Address and Shipping Address
- Purchase Order Number or Complete Credit Card Information
- Catalog Number and Description of Each Product
- Quantity and Package Size of Each Product
- Authorizing signature

Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received and the date it will be shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Federal Express or HumanZyme Inc. with the necessaary tracking information. Finally, your credit card will be charged, or you will be invoiced via mail or email (your preference) against your purchase order number.
Credit Card Orders
HumanZyme accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard for purchases. Credit cards are authorized prior to shipment and are billed upon shipment of your order.
Payment Terms
- Credit terms are net 30 days.
- Shipping terms are FOB shipping point, prepaid and added to the invoice.
Delivery Times
We can ship to anywhere in the world generally within 3-5 working days. If outside the USA, please see our distributor list for a distributor in your country. You will be contacted if any delays are anticipated. Please make arrangements at the time of order if you require urgent delivery.
Shipping Information
HumanZyme provides our customers with efficient order processing, and quick overnight shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight. For U.S. customers, all orders received by 4:00 PM (central time), Monday-Thursday, are routinely shipped the same day and delivered the following business day.
Orders received after 4:00 PM (central time) and Friday are shipped the next business day. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. These charges include overnight priority air charges, refrigeration agents and packing materials.
Customers outside North America should contact their local distributor (list)for shipping information. Products are usually packaged on ice bricks in a sealed cool box. HumanZyme is not responsible for any local customs fees and import duties which may apply.
Backorders
HumanZyme makes every effort to keep our full selection of products available for purchase. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you at the time you place your order. Orders containing out of stock products will be shipped partial unless otherwise noted. If your item is on backorder for greater than 30 days we will contact you upon product release to verify shipment.
Backordered products are only billed upon shipment.
